Second in a series of two reports looking at connectivity issues in London carried out in conjunction with YouGov. Part Two seeks to gain a better understanding of the importance being placed by commercial occupiers and landlords on digital connectivity by seeking opinions of 500 office based workers and 131 commercial landlords across London. The majority of office base workers surveyed commented that a well-connected office with high broadband speeds ranked ahead of ther considerations such as relocation costs, staff amentieis and flexibiity of space. 47% of those surveyed were willing to pay an extra 10% rental premiums for good digital connectivity.
