Publication of the annual Glenigan tables shows that Gardiner and Theobald are the top Quantity Surveyors for the year 2003. With the last year's top firm, Davis Langdon and Everest dropping to second place. Gardiner and Theobald won 52 contracts with a value of nearly £1.5bn, whilst DLE had more projects their value was less. The top contractors for the year were Bovis Land Lease, with Benoy being the top architecture firm and the Department of Health heading the top client listing.
