Tension relief for tight market

Tension relief for tight market - 2004 - RICS Press Release (pr012) 17 February 2004 (1) .

The latest "RICS housing market survey England and Wales" reports that more houses are becoming available on the market, easing the situation where too many buyers were chasing too few properties. The possibility of rising interest rates may have prompted people to put their property on the market along with the fear that the house price bubble had broken. House prices, however, are continuing to rise steadily. The survey is available to view at http://www.rics.org/ricscms/bin/show?class=MarketS urvey&template=/includes/showmarketsurvey.html&id= 81.
