ODPM revises decent homes guidance

ODPM has published revised guidance for councils as part of their decent homes drive for council tenants. Implements recommendations from the Public Service Agreement plus reviewand offers greater clarification of the definition and it's implementation; advises on linking decent homes with wider regeneration in the area; and clarifies the roles and responsibilities of the Housing Inspectorate, government offices and the Community Housing Task Force.
