Davies v H & R Ecroyd Ltd - 1996 - Estates Gazette [1996] EG 9630 97-101(5) .

ChD 30 April 1996. The parties entered into a partnership agreement to farm a dairy holding owned by H, with D providing day to day running and management. Agreed that the holding would not be a partnership asset. Milk quota was later allocated to the holding and registered in the names of the partners. When the partnership dissolved D claimed quota as an asset of the partnership and/or it had enhanced the value of the holding and fell to be apportioned between the partners. "Held" Milk quota to be treated in the same way as the holding (not an asset of the partnership),and so no basis for claim by D for entitlement to enhanced value of the holding.
