The Brooke Review second stage consultation "Reviewing how RICS works for you" is available to download from http://www.rics.org/about_us/about_rics/brooke_rev iew.html. Responses to the consultation need to be returned by 10 May 2004. The Brooke Review Committee has been established by RICS President Nick Brooke to recommend improvements in communications between RICS and its members, to encourage greater involvement in RICS affairs and to make the arrangements for considering members' opinions and complaints more effective.
