The latest surveys find that three UK airports are in the top 10 of Europe's fastest growing airports and one UK airport in the top 10 of Europe's fastest growing freight airports. Nevertheless concludes that while demand for warehouse premises in close proximity to airports can be expected to increase over the next year, with the possible exception of Stansted airport the growth in passenger numbers does not necessarily indicate a similar increased demand for airport-located commercial property.
