The "RICS construction market survey United Kingdom" for the first quarter 2004 shows signs that recovery in the UK is becoming more broad-based with the strongest growth for a decade in the construction industry. Construction workloads have risen at the fastest pace in survey's history, with growth being driven by accelerating commercial and industrial building activity. The outlook for workloads and employment is the strongest since the millennium boom.
