The Environment Agency (EA) has published a report warning that illegal waste activity will increase as waste disposal costs rise and capacity for hazardous waste disposal decreases. The EA emphasises that such activity will not be tolerated and warns business to ensure that their waste is disposed of by legitimate waste carriers otherwise they could also be prosecuted.
