RICS Commercial property survey, quarter 1, 2004 shows that the UK business property recession is over. There is a broad-based rise in activity across the office, retail and industrial sectors. 22% more chartered surveyors reported a rise in occupier enquiries than a fall, up 9% on the previous quarter while a rise in new sales and lettings to occupiers were reported by 11% more surveyors, up from 4%.
