According to DTZ Research's "Overseas investment in UK commercial property", Germany was the largest buyer of commercial property during 2003 representing a 40% share of total overseas investment. The report also shows that US investor activity is at its lowest ever level as recorded by DTZ while Middle East and Irish investors have become more active particularly over the last three years.
