Tender prices rise more slowly

In its forecast to the First Quarter 2006, the latest statistics from the BCIS Tender Price Index show that annual price rises of new construction slowed in the Fourth quarter 2003 compared with the previous quarter. Tender prices actually rose by 3.2% which still beat the inflation figure of 2.6%.
