Latest figures from the Budapest Research Forum for the first three months of 2004 saw office take-up reaching almost 55 000 m sq. This was the highest quarterly take-up in the last three years. Due to the high level of take-up, the vacancy rate dropped to 18.9% by the close of March. This is the lowest vacancy rate since the late 1990s.
