Kyoto could save 50% of costs

Kyoto could save 50% of costs - 2004 - RICS Brussels Briefing 19 April 2004, 2(1) .

An European Environment Agency study says implementing the Kyoto protocol could lead to big savings of costs associated with the control of air pollutants. The savings would partly offset the direct costs incurred by climate polices in Europe. Savings would be made from the fewer controls needed to meet the emissions targets of air pollutants.
