HM Treasury has published an updated 3rd edition of its guidance on the standardisation of PFI contracts. "Standardisation of PFI contracts version 3" (SoPC3) represents important progress towards greater standardisation across the PFI market. SoPC3 will be rigorously enforced, spreading best practice and further improving PFI procurement across the public sector.
