The latest IPD survey reports returns from Irish property dipped in the first quarter 2004. This was the result of a slowdown in retail growth and the continuing weakness of the office sector. Total returns were 2%, down from 3.6% in the fourth quarter of 2003. Office returns remained weak at 12.5% and retail returns achieved 3.1%. Graph.
