New research presented at the IPD/INREV conference values the investible property market in Europe at almost Euros 3 trillion. The UK has the highest proportion of the total investible market owned by institutions, many of which will be investing in continental Europe in 2004 as the domestic market suffers stock shortage. The research data could be used by pan-European investors to decide country allocations.
