It aims to be a search engine for shops with agents paying £25 to list on the site, which includes full property details and a GOAD map extract. Searches are free and shopping centre owners can pay to have their details come first in the results. Propex PrimePitch will be developing a marketing platform for retail properties similar to Propex, the property investment marketing system that mimics the type of screen City traders rely on and will be rebuilding PrimePitch into a vehicle for indirect investment in property.
