Future of housebuilding in southeast England - 2004 - Joseph Rowntree Foundation Press Release 29 June 2004 (2) .

A research report by Cambridge Architectural Research Ltd argues that a clearer understanding of local people's preferences can be used to plan new developments that are more acceptable to the public, as well as meeting government policies for tackling the shortage of affordable homes. The survey was taken from more than 1 400 residents in southeast England - the most high-demand housing area in the country.
