House price growth slows in June

According to the latest "Nationwide monthly review" the growth in house prices has eased off during June, with the average price increasing by 0.9% to £151524. House price growth across the country is now more even - the pick up in London partly reflects an improving jobs market. At the top end of the price growth table are northern England and Wales with prices in both regions increasing by a third over the last 12 months.
