The latest "Retail spotlight" research from Donaldsons shows that retail rental growth in Central London has cooled in comparison to regional centres such as Leeds and Liverpool, as well as other London locations such as Wandsworth and Hammersmith. The former tops the list with an annual rental growth of 7.8%, followed by Leeds and Liverpool at 4.&%.
