Looks at recent introduction of the Robust Standard Details, which means that all new attached dwellings started after 1 July 2004 will have to comply with the new changes. States that the recently launched Robust Details Ltd (RDL) will manage the approval system. Outlines the way in which RDL will monitor the system.
