[2004] EWHC 1503 (Comm), 8 July 2004. W and L were in dispute over a number of cost issues relating to a damages action for breach of contract and negligence in respect of L's carrying out a valuation of a sports ground. "Held": that W was entitled to the costs of the proceedings without any deductions; that W should be awarded enhanced interest at a rate of 6% on the principal sum which has been recovered from 13 January 2004 to 28 May 2004; and that indemnity costs should also be assessed from 13 January 2004 but no order was made regardings interest on these costs.
