IPD, which provides the benchmark for property performance, is set to launch its first pan-European property index. The consultation paper has been launched now and can be viewed at: http://www.ipdindex.co.uk/downloads/indices/PanEur o2004.pdf. It will be the first index to measure the combined performance of property investments held in 11 countries across Europe.
