The government's three-year-old planning policy on flooding - Planning Policy Guidance Note (PPG) 25: "Development and flood risk" is to be reviewed. This is to give stakeholders an opportunity to have their say on the clarity, implementation and effectiveness of the current PPG 25 guidance.
