The Improvement and Development Agency has launched an online database to help housing organisations share good practice in communications (http://www.idea.gov.uk). The toolkit aims to help local authorities and arm's-length management organisations improve the way they consult with tenants and leaseholders. It will also help authorities keep up-to-date with changes to the private finance initiative, ALMO or stock transfer options.
