- Construction Mall Press Release 24 August 2004 (1) .
The latest "Shopping centre overview" report has been published by Nelson Bakewell. It shows that despite several interest rate rises, the shopping centre market shows no signs of abating. The first six months of 2004 saw twice as many shopping centres sold in the UK as in the same period last year. By the end of June 2004, 48 centres had changed hands for a total of £2.455bn.
