In December 2004 the RICS will publish its "Tenant satisfaction index". This will be the first time that the property industry will get detailed information on how satisfied occupiers are with their commercial premises. Until now, lack of data has made it difficult for property landlords to assess customer satisfaction. The new index will cover both physical aspects, such as the size of a reception area or the degree of sound-proofing, and commercial elements like lease renewals and incentives. http://www.rics.org/presshome.html
