British institutional investors have returned to UK commercial property causing fears that increased money chasing a deficit of investment grade stock will lead to yields falling to unsustainably low levels. Second quarter 2004 official statistics show institutions to be £485m net investors in the commercial property market, the first positive net investment since the second quarter 2003.
