Regeneration opportunities are being lost because of a lack of experience and guidance for those working in joint venture schemes, according to research by the British Urban Regeneration Association. "Public-private joint ventures in urban regeneration" found that there is very little guidance available to public sector agencies on how to engage with private sector partners on major renewal schemes.
