According to the latest "RICS commercial market survey: England and Wales", UK commercial property is expecting growth as confidence in the office market hits a six and a half year high. Demand in the office sector also rose firmly in the third quarter of 2004, though activity in retail and industrial sectors remained flat. Demand for business property rose for the fourth consecutive quarter - the largest rise being in southern England.
