A new database has been developed by BRE to make it easier for housebuilders to adopt different methods of construction. The Library of Housing Construction Packages is available at: http://www.projects.bre.co.uk/library/ and will be continuously updated. The project has developed a library of measured process and resource data related to construction packages and tasks for a range of construction forms. It contains around 200 data packages from 14 different projects and process maps for each package, as well as issues that affected the construction process and digital photographs. http://www.bre.co.uk/news.jsp?id=254
