Outlines measures taken by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) to provide information on the new rating assessments for all businesses which come into effect in April 2005. The measures include the publication of draft rating lists on www.voa.gov.uk, setting up a helpline (t+44 (0)845 602 1507) for ratepayers to inform the VOA of any changes to their property and a dedicated website www.mybusinessrates.gov.uk to assist ratepayers to calculate their new rate liability.
