Sir Bryan Carsberg was asked by RICS in the summer of 2004 to look at its consumer protection role across the land, property and construction sectors. He has now published a consultation document as part of his wide-ranging independent review of RICS's regulatory role and is seeking for views from RICS members (both as individuals and as firms); client and consumer groups; government and other interested parties.
