"Impact of wind farms on the value of residential property and agricultural land: an RICS survey" has just been released. The research shows that a planning application for a wind farm hits local property values, but the negative impact diminishes as time goes by. The findings come from a snapshot of the housing market by RICS. Research is based on views of chartered surveyors with experience in property sales near wind farms.
