Farmers and landowners could miss out on valuable payments if they fail to register their land on the Rural Land Registry. Currently all land eligible for the Single Farm Payment and other grants administered by the Rural Payments Agency is registered under the Integrated Administration and Control System. Farmers who think that they are eligible will need to register - however marginal they think that some of their land is. Advice can be found at: http://www.defra.gov.uk/.
