Comments on the October 2004 Paragon Mortgages Buy-to-Let Index, which reports an increase in the prices landlords are paying for their residential property investments with a 2.5% increase in property values in September, the biggest increase since March 2004. According to Paragon average buy-to-let property values are now £145 331, up from £141 765 in August and £133 658 in March. Landlord property prices are year-on-year 16% higher than a year ago.
