Monthly survey of RICS members' opinions of the housing market. Provides details of reports of price changes, property sales, stocks of property, newly agreed and expected sales, expected changes in prices, buyer enquiries, and new instruction. Includes tables of the proportion of surveyors reporting prices changes by property type within each band of price rise or fall. Gives regional figures and a summary of market comments from chartered surveyors. Covers England, Wales and Scotland. The free web version of the survey does not include some of the national analysis in the subscriber version. From May 2006, the Survey covers the United Kingdom rather than Great Britain. Became the Residential Market Survey.
