National Planning Application Database
National Planning Application Database
The Planning Portal has launched an online planning application database which will initially allow searches on 80% of planning applications and 40% of decisions made in every area of England and Wales. The service developed and delivered by Emap Glenigan will with its national remit complement the register services offered by local planning authorities. The register is free of charge and can be used to search for planning applications in a specific area, to read details about individual applications including descriptions and to print or download a list of applications for an area. The service will run as a pilot over the next 18 months during which time the Planning Portal and Emap Glenigan will seek feedback from users and stakeholders.
