Provides details of Chain Matrix, formerly a key feature of Land Registry's e-conveyancing programme. It was an online service designed to make the sale of houses easier for buyers and sellers and their representatives. It allowed conveyancers to keep track of their property chains, pinpoint any problems and keep buyers and sellers fully informed of progress. Invites conveyancers to take part in the project free of charge. They must be based in and regularly convey land in the Bristol, Portsmouth and Fareham postcode areas. Chain Matrix was withdrawn from use on 29 September 2007.
