Guernsey legal resources [electronic resource]
Provides access to some of Guernsey's most frequently used legal materials, including Guernsey and Bailiwick Laws enacted and published since 1997 and some important earlier items. Also includes: Ordinances enacted and published since 1998, and selected earlier ones; statutory instruments (1993-); unofficial consolidated versions of Law and Ordinances (1998-), Orders of the Royal Court (2000-); practice directions of the Royal Court (2000-); unreported judgements of the Guernsey courts (2006-); the Guernsey Law Journal (1985-2000); and Guernsey Law Reports (2007-), which provide decisions of Courts in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and Bailiwick cases heard by Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, as well as relevant cases in the European Court of Human Rights and the European Court originating in the Bailiwick. A link to the Jersey and Guernsey Law Review is also included. Older material being added as the site continues to develop, so do check the recent changes section for updates.
