The Market Trends section of the Land Registry website contains links to the Land Registry House Price Index, public data and its commercial added value services. The House Price Index is based on a data set of completed sales. It is the only index of repeat sales available at national, regional and country and London borough level. Public data includes transactional data and from March 2012 the monthly price paid data. There is a range of commercial added value services for which a charge is made.
