A series of repeat-sales, transaction-based indices that objectively measure the change in commercial property prices for markets in the US and UK. Moody's/RCA CPPI is a suite of 20 US National level indices calculated by Moody's and based on Real Capital Analytics data. RCA US CPPI include more than 200 US market-level and property segment indices which objectively measure property prices across US local, state, regional, and national levels. The RCA UK CPPI are a suite of 5 UK and London market-level indices created by RCA and its UK data partner Property Data, Ltd.
