Features an Interview with Stephen Kinsella Homes England’s Chief Land and Development Officer. Discusses the agency’s expansion plans to deliver 10,000 homes a year. Homes England is currently undergoing a restructure based around 3 divisions, these being development, investment and Markets, Partners and Places which will liaise with stakeholders such as local authorities with a new national centre based in Coventry. The agency’s vast land bank will free sites up for new housing and it will continue to make land obtained from government departments such as the Ministry of Defence (MoD) available. The development arm is planning a recruitment campaign to attract 150 land and development professionals including director-level roles.
