For the first time in the Institution’s history, RICS has produced a ‘Women in surveying: insight report’ that looks at the makeup of membership from a binary gender perspective and analyses the results of the flagship 2022 survey of women in the profession. The RICS aim is to share feedback and insight from women on what the barriers to progression and career longevity are so individuals, teams and organisations can reflect and further examine their own behaviours, policies and practices and, more importantly, begin their journey in taking positive action to deliver change with lasting impact
