Between applicant Hazelwood Properties and respondent Camden council. Consisting of an appeal by the landlord against the improvement notice and an application by the tenants for a remediation order. The external wall systems include zinc cladding, PIR insulation and ply board as well as timber cladding. The balconies are largely timber. The concierge area contains substantial amounts of timber.
