LT 26 July 1993. Held, that they did not have jurisdiction under Lands Tribunal Rules 1975 to determine a claim for compensation arising out of a cpo where the claimant`s solicitor had by letter accepted an offer of settlement, the council had paid the agreed compensation and the claimant had accepted such payment without condition or qualification.
