CA 9 February 1994. Demolition of existing buildings- student residential accommodation- planning permission granted subject to section 106 agreements were merely regulatory of how the premises were to be occupied or used not necessary for objectors to be entitled to see the terms of the agreements before signature except perhaps in an exceptional case- not necessary for the terms of the agreement to be known pre the decision to grant planning permission.
