Hongkong Land Holdings, property arm of Jardine Matheson, has agreed to sell its newest development in Hong Kong`s central business district for HK$3.8bn setting new price levels for the colony`s commercial sector. The buyer is a consortium of Chinese and Hong Kong companies with financial backing from the municipal governments in China`s Pearl River delta.
