The DoE has published details of the work it intends to commission under the Inner Cities Research Programme 1992/93. New projects include construction of an index of urban conditions based on the 1991 census, a study examining the work of the most recently established Urban Development Corporations and a study of the impact of Inner Cities Initiatives on London.
